Experience & Qualifications:
- 5+ years in Sales within the Tradeshow Industry
- 3+ years in Account Management within Trade Show Industry
- Proven track record developing, building and maintaining customers
- Consistently seeks opportunities to solicit new accounts
- Able to work in fast-paced, high level, growing environment
- Self starter and continual self motivator
- Able to work independently using professional judgment
- Excellent time management, organization and follow-thru skills
- Prepare presentations, proposals and legal contracts

PROJECT MANAGER - AUDIO VISUAL
Our company is seeking qualified Project Managers for our Audio Visual Department. Our company offers an excellent benefits package including medical, dental, vision and IRA package. Audio Visual Industry experience is a MUST for this position.
Position Overview and Expectations Include:
- Minimum of 3 Years experience in AV Rental/Staging industry required
- Engineer overall needs based on customer budget & expectations
- Prepare & revise budget estimates for client's approval
- Coordinate equipment rentals & subrentals
- Provide CAD drawings based on client & facility specs
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint)
- Self starter and continual self motivator
- Able to work independently using professional judgment
- Excellent time management, organization and follow-thru skills
- Prepare flow sheets of equipment & labor for events
- Labor coordination & supervision
- Meet project deadlines and provide production schedules
- Assist in pulling/prepping/supervising of equipment
- Communicate well with staff, venues & clients
- Travel, supervise, assist & coordinate setups, shows, strikes
- Responsible for reporting missing, lost, and/or damaged equipment
- Accurate & timely billing & P&L reporting
- Other projects as deemed necessary
- Have flexible schedule to be available 7 days a week
